The Jews of the Comtat Venaissin were distinctive for using a liturgy based on the old Provençal rite. This finely copied liturgical manuscript from the Provençal rite contains prayers for Yom Kippur. The volume ends with piyutim for the book of Jonah (the haftarah recited on Yom Kippur). The final leaves of the book are much damaged.
