    Siddur from the rite of Poland, Bohemia, Moravia, and Germany, made for a Hevra kaddisha called the Gomel ḥasadim shel emet by the scribe Ya’akov ben Nisan ha-Kohen. It has an elaborate illuminated title page in red, green, and yellow, which has much faded. There are few colored decorations throughout. The date can be found on the title page as well as the separate elaborate title page for Psalms (104r).
