This volume contains novellae (hidushim) on the Talmudic Tractates ‘Avodah Zarah, Sanhedrin, Makot, and Horayot. It was written by the Talmudic Scholar Me’ir ben Ezekiel ha-Levi of Gloga (Glocau), who died in Prague in 1829. The internal dates correspond to Me’ir’s own life and the publication of some of his works, which, along with stylistic affinity, lend support to its being an autograph manuscript.
