Siman Tov Melamed was a poet and philosopher who served as the spiritual leader of the Jewish community in Mashhad, Persia. This incomplete Judeo-Persian commentary on Pirke Avot, on blue paper, begins with chapter 2:6 and ends with the beginning of chapter 6.
