This song for Shavuot was written for an Ashkenazi congregation in Italy and mentions the name
of its benefactor, Moses. The song, in trochaic tetrameter, offers a spiritual history of Israel. The
calligraphic hand is quite good, and the ornamental border, with geometrical and floral designs,
emulates printed broadside borders.
